Reg Cardiac Sonographer I role at Fisher-Titus Medical Center
. Caring for the community you love and serving the greater Huron County area with a full continuum of health and wellness care.

• Performs complete cardiac ultrasound studies (REAL TIME, 2D, M-MODE, COLOR FLOW MAPPING, DOPPLER, trans-esophageal, Stress Echo).
• Obtains permanent records of examinations and communicates findings with the cardiologist.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and explains procedures to patients.
• Maintains proper documentation, prepares examination materials, and ensures timely reporting of results.
• Follows hospital Safety Training and Exposure Control Plans for blood borne and airborne pathogens.
• Maintains a safe, respectful, and professional environment for patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Collaborates with department team to meet goals and objectives; supports inter- and intra-departmental work.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and correlates clinical history with tests to be performed.
