• $10,000-$15,000 Sign‑On Bonus (based on experience)

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with each patient/support person to address all identified needs.
• Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement the medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient.
• Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patient's responses and reassesses to meet patient and family needs and assure overall quality of care delivered.
• Maintains up‑to‑date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure integration of information for use by the healthcare team and to ensure quality care.
• Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure and pursues professional growth and development.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
• Attends all required safety training programs and can describe responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, and specific job‑related hazards.
• Performs all responsibilities/duties required by the unit as defined in the scope of service, including care of the unique client population served.
• Follows hospital exposure control plans/blood borne and airborne pathogens.
• Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
• Functions as a role model and provides support and development for current and new staff.
• Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Directs other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patient as assigned.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med‑Surg or related nursing practice.
• Strong patient‑centered communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of standard nursing procedures, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
• Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining professional credentials.
