Job Functions:
- Maintain Confidentiality of all Staff and Residents
- Assist with
- o Answering incoming calls
- o Door screening activities
- o Welcoming resident families and visitors
- o Maintaining a neat and organized work area
- o Scheduling resident outings/transportation
- o Fax, scan, email and perform other clerical duties as assigned by DON
- Staffing
- o Maintain daily staffing sheet
- o Prepare schedules Entering into electronic scheduling system fore department leadership to review and approve
- o Actively engages staff to cover any gaps in the schedule
- o Actively attempt to cover call-offs
- o Covering a shift in times of need
- Maintain Department Records and Files
- o Employee folders. i.e. Education, disciplinary actions, etc.
- o Update postings for educational opportunities and other important notices
- o Update monthly quality log and distribute to appropriate leaders
