Production Operator

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to perform hands-on assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows instructions, and works well as part of a team.

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and presses.
• Follow work instructions to ensure quality and production standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with training and cross-training team members as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to read and follow basic written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
