Position:
Emergency Room Nurse (RN) - Part-time opportunities at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH. Perks include a $10,000 to $15,000 sign-on bonus, part-time hours 10a-10p, every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday with self-scheduling. - Provide individualized goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assess patient and family needs to deliver quality care; implement medical plan of care and nursing interventions; perform procedures as needed.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and patient responses; reassess to ensure quality of care for patients and families.
- Maintain current knowledge, certifications, licensure; pursue professional development.
- Serve as a role model for staff; participate in emergency department duties as defined by scope of service, addressing client needs across age groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current appropriate RN license and necessary certifications.
- Experience in emergency department or critical care preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
