What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and other daily needs
- Provide respectful care that supports resident comfort and dignity
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and follow infection-control procedures
- Work closely with the nursing team to provide quality care
- Active Ohio nurse aide certification and registry eligibility (CNA)
- A caring attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependability and a commitment to teamwork
- Long-term care experience preferred; new CNAs are welcome to apply
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs
