Assistant Manager – Circle K, Norwalk, OH

Position located at 211 Cleveland Rd, Norwalk, OH 44857. Flexible shift availability; full‑time.

• Assist Store Manager with station operations, oversight, and daily tasks.
• Help with hiring, supervising, and training staff; maintain high standards.
• Provide fast, friendly service; maintain merchandise and bookkeeping.
• Attend regularly; uphold food program standards; lead by example.

• Retail experience; supervisor/management experience.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring skills.
• Experience handling food.
• High School or College Degree.

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours; lift up to 60 lbs in shift.
• Push/pull up to 20 lbs; bend and twist up to 1 hour.
• Climb ladders; eye‑hand coordination required.
