The Security Officer will ensure the safety and security of all people and property at Fisher‑Titus Medical Center. The role involves patrols, incident investigations, emergency response, and coordination with local law enforcement. • Protect patients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor medical center buildings and grounds, conduct patrols, and perform safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents, deter criminal activity, and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and emergency codes, including Code Violet.
• Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and use two‑way radios.
• Provide physical interventions, restrain, and protect individuals from harm.
• Operate detection devices, screen individuals, and prohibit passage of prohibited articles.
• Manage entrance and  systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security Supervisor or Manager.
