, a Fresh Edge LLC company, is hiring Non‑CDL Local Drivers in Norwalk, OH.
Sirna & Sons Produce is a fourth‑generation, family‑run wholesale food distributor. We deliver fresh produce, dairy, and specialty items six days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools, and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia.

• Average annual earnings: $51,000 – $57,000
• Hourly base rate with 45–50 average hours per week; overtime paid after 40 hours
• Safety bonus after 90 days; monthly safe driver raffle ($100 if selected)
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• Home time: daily
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Saturday, off Sunday and either Tuesday or Thursday
• Shift: typically 8‑12 hours, start times between 4 am, 5 am, 6 am (until work is done)
• Route: deliver to cities across Ohio; 15‑25 stops per day; deliver 300+ cases per day (up/down stairs at some locations)
• Level of touch:
  Touch freight, load & unload
• Must lift, push, and pull 50 lb with no assistance; use 2‑wheel dolly

• Freightliner M2 Trucks, International MV607 (2019‑2024), and Ford F‑550 Trucks; all trucks are automatic

• At least 21 years of age
• Eligible For‑Hire Driver or CDL D license (or greater); CDL A, B, or C acceptable
• 1 year of driving experience preferred, but not required
• Zero DUI/DWI; no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and proven safe PSP score
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 years
• Meet DOT testing, physical requirements, and know DOT regulations
• Pass required pre‑employment drug screen
• Work in all environments and difficult conditions (hot, cold, dust, indoor, outdoor)
• Drivers must live within a 40‑mile radius of Norwalk, OH, or be willing to relocate

• Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to grasp, manipulate or feel objects
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
