Our company is seeking a candidate who can think on their feet, engage in challenging situations, and come up with creative solutions to ensure the success of our business as part of our Partnership Support Team. This position focuses on collaborating with and supporting our Shaw’s Headquarter Sales team via ad management, deduction resolution, contract creation, and internal systems maintenance.

Specific

Responsibilities include:

• Support execution of account specific promotional planning by creating and maintaining contracts in retailer portal
• Execute promotional activities in vendor specific portals including deal entry, forecasting, and post deal analysis
• Ensure accuracy of internal systems by updating and maintaining data
• Provide timely and accurate sales data to account team
• Create internal and external selling tools to support account activity, promotional initiatives, and new product launches
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications for Success

• Desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and the capability to learn new programs
• Ability to track, prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks
• Detail oriented
• College Education or Equivalent Work Experience

This is a full-time hybrid job, 32 hour/week position with benefits including medical, dental, disability, and paid time off. Hours are 8am-4:45pm Monday through Thursday.
