Position: Central Logistics Oper Analyst

This role offers an opportunity to work with Clean Harbors in Norwell, MA as a Central Logistics Operations Analyst. The position focuses on data analysis, forecasting, KPI management, service metrics, and logistics/operations projects that support the line of business.

Base pay range

$39,000.00/yr - $/yr

Monday through Friday at the Norwell office (not a remote position).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always.
  • Develop and maintain Route Service Plan for each location assigned to geographical territory.
  • With Director of Customer Routing, set direction and priorities for Routing and Route Optimization activities across assigned geographical area.
  • Support and create KPIs for the business using Excel, SQL, and other platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and transportation initiatives; create written standard operating procedures with visualized flow charts.
  • Support exploring different transportation IT platforms.
  • Act as internal resource for assigned accounts.
  • Provide coverage for internal personnel, as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain schedule dates for service and distribute to the field.
  • Follow-up to determine if any service dates are missed.
  • Support with special projects, as necessary.
  • Assist with conducting interviews and performance evaluations of multiple department positions following employee touch point process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Environmental Services preferred or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with Data analysis.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Driven self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work well and communicate with others required.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time required.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and adjust accordingly.
