Oracle Fusion Procurement Manager Job Norwell area,Massachusetts USA,IT/Tech

We are seeking a Manager of ERP Systems - Procurement to lead the strategy, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Procurement platforms and related enterprise systems. This role will oversee ERP operations, system enhancements, integrations, and project delivery while managing global teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive procurement technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define system roadmaps, priorities, and technology strategies.
Manage ERP-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud Procurement and enterprise applications.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across global locations.
Monitor system performance, operational effectiveness, and business process execution.
Review and approve application configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement operations, efficiency, and user experience.
Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and operational standards.
Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, enterprise applications, or technology teams.
Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Experience implementing or supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement solutions.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience leading global teams across multiple regions.
Knowledge of procurement operations, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Background in enterprise architecture, application management, or ERP governance.
Experience working with .NET-based applications and integrated business systems.
