Manager of ERP Systems, Procurement

We are seeking a Manager of ERP Systems
- Procurement to lead all aspects of our Corporate ERP system for Procurement and drive strategic and tactical projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee systems planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security, and infrastructure for our Procurement platform.

You will manage and direct activities of staff based on business priorities while ensuring all activities are completed within project timelines. This position requires collaboration across leadership, peers, and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop, and implement systems and support structures for our Oracle Procurement system.

• Collaborate with leadership, peers, and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop, and implement systems and support structure for Oracle Procurement system
• Develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India locations
• Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud Procurement with a proprietary backend .NET system
• Monitor key organizational requirements such as daily execution and distribution of information, and direct corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance
• Review and approve all application design customizations and relevant integrated applications with other systems
• Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar ERP manager role
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Experience with implementation of large Oracle Cloud ERP systems
  - Procurement suite
• Demonstrated experience managing teams across US and India
• Experience with  system integrations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
