Family Law Attorney

Sawin Law, P.C. is looking for a Divorce and Family Law Associate Attorney. Estate planning, divorce, and/or family law experience/knowledge is a plus; however, no divorce or family law experience is necessary as the firm is willing to train the right candidate. Preference may be given to a candidate with prior law school journal membership.

Location:

Hanover, MA.

• Provide legal support to clients and assist other attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Make court appearances to provide oral arguments
• Conduct in-depth potential client consultations

• JD and MA Bar admission required
• Strong legal knowledge
• Strong critical‑thinking and creative problem‑solving skills
• A high degree of trustworthiness
• Ability to multitask

This position may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position. While the goal of the law firm is for everyone in the office to have a work‑life balance, there are times when long hours and late nights are required to get the job done for the client at the level expected by the firm.
