Director Customer Service, Emergency Response

Clean Harbors is looking for a Director of Customer Service, Emergency Response to join our team! The Director is responsible for the leadership, management and oversight of the Central Customer Service department, including managing resources to ensure that departmental objectives are met, organizing and assigning staff to projects as they arise, ensuring completion in a timely manner and managing departmental personnel.

7-10 years of experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
