Schedule:

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 1 Saturday per month 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (closed Saturdays in summer)

We’re currently looking for a full‑time Inside Sales Associate (Counter Sales) to join our growing team in Norwell.

• Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate
• Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships
• Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands‑on experience
• Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities
• Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency
• Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date
• Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals
• Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers
• Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best

• A people person with strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Sales‑savvy with mechanical aptitude—experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands‑on environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $23+ based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule (plus 1 Saturday/month, mornings only—closed Saturdays in summer!)
