We're Hiring:
Inside Sales Associate – Join a Top-Tier Team! Location: Norwell, MA Compensation: Starting at $23/hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 1 Saturday per month 8AM-12PM (closed Saturdays in summer).

We’re currently looking for a full-time Inside Sales Associate (Counter Sales) to join our growing team in Norwell!

What You’ll Do:You'll be the friendly face and go-to expert for our walk-in customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while keeping everything running smoothly behind the counter. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate

• Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships

• Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experience

• Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities

• Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency

• Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date

• Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals

• Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers

• Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best

Who You Are:

• A people person with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Sales-savvy with mechanical aptitude—experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!

• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team

• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands-on environment

• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
