Route Planner

Safety‑Kleen is looking for a Central Route Planner to join our safety‑conscious team in Norwell, MA. You will be responsible for routing of service personnel, fleet maintenance, and compliance and safety activities as assigned by the Central Routing Operations Manager.

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Execute scheduling and routing for multiple facilities, maximizing customer yield and asset utilization.
• Ensure fleet is maintained to Safety‑Kleen’s expectations.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Routing Management.
• Collaborate with team members to increase process efficiencies.
• Daily communication with branch personnel to ensure service completion and resolution of logistical challenges and efficiencies.
• Read and produce reports as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Comfortable using computers throughout the workday.
• Proficient with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions (required).
• Experience with TMS or GIS systems preferred.
• Ability to make discretionary judgments and decisions quickly and correctly in short time frames.
• Ability to solve problems by collecting and processing available information quickly and accurately.
• Customer service aptitude.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
