Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• The Controller will lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and review of accounting activities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in partnership with business leadership.
• Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and pricing insights to management.
• Coordinate external audit activities and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience.
• Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred.
• Public accounting professionals with manufacturing client experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
