• As an Automotive Technician, professionally inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services while delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours; maintain safety, sales, service, and housekeeping standards; use protective equipment when operating machinery and tools.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting (e.g., tires and wheels).

• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training and stay informed of rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Mentor and learn about new technologies in a team environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  ASE A4 (Steering and Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications and state inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.

• Flexible schedule to cover business needs; stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays depending on location.
• Ability to use technology and various applications to support correct diagnostics.
• Use tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.

• Starting pay: $25.00-$35.00; base pay offered may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
• ASE reimbursement with pay increases (brakes, electrical, AC/heating, engine performance/repair).

• Flat rate role with a 75% guarantee (30 hours booked per week).
