Relief Pharmacist

At Boots, we care about the wellbeing of our communities. As a Relief Pharmacist you will provide excellent customer and patient care across a range of pharmacies. You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
• Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
• Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
• Conducting continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
• Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services

What you’ll need to have

• Registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
• Passion for community pharmacy and for providing the best care for customers
• Collaborative and team‑centred approach
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national and local services
• Great communication skills; able to put people at ease and meet varied customer and patient needs
