Are you passionate about helping others and ready to start a meaningful career in healthcare? Our Paid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Training Program is your gateway into the home care field — with no experience required
!

At Assured Quality Homecare, we invest in your future. You’ll receive comprehensive training, compensation during the program, and—upon successful completion and orientation—a direct match with a client so you can immediately begin working as a PCA.

Classes are starting October 7! The course runs Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00am-12:30pm for two weeks. You have an opportunity to learn valuable career skills WHILE getting paid to do it!

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Provide adjunct patient care
  • Monitor food intake
  • Medication reminders
Qualifications
  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance with your name as the insured on the policy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity, Dedication, Resourcefulness, and Compassion.
  • Available to work weekends
