Assured Quality Homecare is a premier private-duty Home Care Agency based in Norwich, CT, serving New London County. Our mission is to equip and empower our caregivers with the tools and resources needed to provide our clients with an extraordinary care experience. We are expanding our award-winning care throughout Rhode Island with a new office in Warwick to support more communities.

Our Paid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Training Program is your gateway into the home care field — with no experience required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, compensation during the program, and—upon successful completion and orientation—a direct match with a client so you can immediately begin working as a PCA. Classes start October 7 and run Tuesday–Thursday from 8:00am–12:30pm for two weeks. You will learn valuable career skills WHILE getting paid to do it!

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Provide adjunct patient care
• Monitor food intake
• Medication reminders

Qualifications

• Driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance with your name as the insured on the policy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity, Dedication, Resourcefulness, and Compassion
• Available to work weekends
