Pay

• 13 paid working hours per live-in day ($281.93 average daily earnings)
• Up to $3,947.02 before taxes in a biweekly pay period when working a 7-day schedule

We are seeking dependable, compassionate Live-In Care Professionals who thrive in an independent home environment. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will reside in the client's home for your agreed-upon rotation, providing continuous support while maintaining professional boundaries and promoting client independence.

• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and respect.
• Support mobility, safe transfers, walking, and prescribed gentle exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals, encourage proper hydration, and handle light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home safe and clean.
• Provide timely medication reminders and meaningful companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans closely and maintain accurate daily documentation.
• Observe and communicate changes in physical condition or behavior promptly to the ASQ clinical team.
• Record all completed duties, as well as any interrupted break or sleep time spent assisting the client, to ensure accurate pay.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (Required).
• CNA license from any U.S. state, HHA certification, other recognized professional caregiver training, or completion of ASQ’s Empower Training Academy PCA program (CT requirement).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic technology skills for completing required daily documentation on a mobile device.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily routines, and adapt calmly to changing client needs.
• Ability to satisfy all background check, health screening, and onboarding requirements.
• For candidates without formal credentials:
  Selected Connecticut applicants may complete paid training through ASQ's Empower Training Academy in Norwich prior to starting client assignments.
