LTC Therapy Services is looking for a PTA to join the rehab team 'll provide hands-on treatment in a skilled nursing setting, helping residents practice the movements that support their recovery and daily routines.
What You'll DoFollow treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide residents through strengthening, balance, and mobility activities
Practice safe transfers and walking with residents at different ability levels
Share observations about progress and activity tolerance with the PT
Keep treatment records current and coordinate with the care team

Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
