Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
- Rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
- Accurately document patient care using the Epic EMR system
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to all hospital policies and standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license (state-compliant)
- Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
- Trauma experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
