TVCCA in Norwich, CT seeks a Client Services Navigator to perform universal intakes, assessments, and referrals to TVCCA programs, plus assistance with DSS program applications. The role includes information/referral services and ongoing case management for TVCCA’s eligible clients.
The navigator will collaborate with Energy Assistance, Financial Literacy, and SNAP Outreach staff, follow up on referrals, and use Tribeware case management software within ROMA and HSI service models.
