Per Diem Program Aide and Van Driver

Per Diem Program Aide and Van Driver role at UCFS Healthcare.

As a Program Aide and Van Driver, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. You will assist with program activities and transport clients to and from various locations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate and has excellent communication skills.

• Assist with program activities, which may include planning and implementing recreational activities, helping clients with daily living tasks, and providing emotional support.
• Transport clients to and from various locations, including medical appointments, grocery stores, and community events. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of client attendance and transportation schedules.
• Collaborate with program staff and other drivers to ensure that clients receive the necessary services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Current valid Public Service Endorsement on driver s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
