What You'll Be Doing
As an integral part of our finance team, you'll work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Accounts Payable Lead with day-to-day operations
• Processing supplier invoices with accurate coding and appropriate authorisation
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
• Managing GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) and purchase order reconciliations
• Assisting with payment runs and ensuring timely disbursements
• Maintaining a well-organised and accessible invoice library
• Following internal controls and guidelines to mitigate risk and prevent fraudulent or incorrect payments
