We're recruiting an experienced Audit Partner or Audit Director ready to step up to join a growing accountancy practice in Norwich.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an audit professional who can combine technical expertise, client relationship management and business development to help strengthen and grow the firm's audit offering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high-quality audit services to SMEs, mid-sized businesses and larger groups
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Take responsibility for audit quality, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and professional standards
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the audit portfolio
Support the strategic development of the firm's audit offering
Lead, inspire and develop audit teams
Act as a senior point of contact for clients and provide commercially focused advice
