Supporting month-end processes, including reconciliations for our stores and online channels.

Responding to internal and external account queries.

Reconciling supplier statements and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.

Managing daily finance approvals.

Updating daily cash flow records.

Monitoring and ordering company consumables as required.

Supporting the wider team with other reasonable tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or a similar finance environment is preferred but not essential.

Familiarity with Sage, Excel and Google Workspace would be beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.

A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Friendly and confident communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.

The ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a motivated, high-performing team where everyone is supported, encouraged and given the opportunity to grow. We believe in working together, sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.

If you’re keen to learn, take pride in your work and want to build your experience in a friendly and successful business, we’d love to hear from you!

Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. We’ll provide the training and support to help you feel confident and succeed in your role.
