We’re recruiting on behalf of a
well-established specialist systems provider
based in Harlow who are looking to add a
Customer Service Administrator
to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Administrator
who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a structured, professional environment.
To be considered, you must live
within a 30-minute commute of Norwich
, as this is a hybrid role with regular office attendance.
As a
Business Services Administrator
, you’ll be a key point of contact for tenants and internal teams, providing essential administrative support across the business.
Administrator
will include:
- Acting as a
Customer Service Administrator
, handling inbound calls and emails - Logging all communications accurately on internal systems
- Scheduling engineer appointments for safety checks and maintenance
- Providing
administrative support
to Contract Managers - Updating and maintaining customer portals
- Responding to queries from customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring all
administrative processes
are followed correctly - Supporting wider admin tasks across the team
This role will suit an experienced
Administrator
who is:
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise workloads
- A clear communicator who enjoys customer interaction
- A proactive
Administrator
with a positive, can-do attitude - Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
Offer:
- £26,780 basic salary
- Approx. £500 annual bonus
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
