Role Description

As our receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is an important role which helps to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that every client receives a warm, friendly and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing the main office switchboard
  • Meeting room management
  • Supporting the team with general office duties
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Responsible for maintaining reception and meeting areas
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, confident and professional
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and polite both on the phone and in person
  • IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Trustworthy with an understanding of confidentiality
