Are you highly organised, detail‑focused, and motivated by making a real impact on road safety?

We are seeking a committed Clerk / Administrator. You will support the accurate and timely processing of road traffic offences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge camera and AI-based offence detection technology, supporting a trial project capturing seatbelt and mobile phone offences.

• Process and verify road traffic offences using bespoke ICT systems
• Prepare and maintain case files
• Respond professionally to public and internal enquiries
• Undertake a range of administrative duties to support effective case progression

Applicantsmustbe able to demonstrate:

• Experience of accurately inputting data to computerised systems
• Basic keyboard skills with experience of working with Microsoft Word
• Good verbal communication skills with experience of dealing with telephone enquiries
• Proven experience of organising and prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Previous experience within a police or legal environment
