Norse Environmental Waste Services (NEWS) is the division of Norse Commercial Services responsible for pioneering and managing sustainable ways to process both commercial and residential waste.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Control Assistant to join the team based at the Costessey MRF in Norwich.

As Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible for sampling and auditing of incoming and outgoing waste and recyclable material from the MRF, you will work in a small team supporting the management to ensure all operational requirements are implemented.

You will be required to meet the overall operational requirements along with meeting business targets and following strict health and safety guidelines.

• Excellent communications skills
• Previous experience within a waste / industrial environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong attention to detail
