Personal Assistant - Private Client Team (Norwich)

Location: NorwichPosition: Personal Assistant - Private Client

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a well-established Private Client team based in Norwich. This friendly and collaborative team is seeking a PA who can provide exceptional support to Fee Earners and Partners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting legal specialists with a wide variety of administrative and organisational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining documents to a high standard
  • Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and legal correspondence
  • Audio typing
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying materials
  • Opening new files, completing s and preparing client care letters
  • Providing general administrative support across the Private Client department

A Little About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-focused and committed to delivering excellent support. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Strong document management skills, ideally with experience formatting legal documents
  • Confidence in formatting, amending and numbering complex documents
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Experience in Private Client law (advantageous but not essential)
