Cadeler is looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist with your skills and interests.

Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and plays a critical role in the energy transition with a strong long-term outlook. As our industry continues to develop, so do we. We are now looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist to support Cadelers large-scale projects.

What

will you do?

As our new Assistant Information Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Information Management team responsible for ensuring that project documentation and correspondence are captured, saved, and managed in Cadelers Document Management System.

Your Main Tasks Include
  • Support Projects in the management of project documentation, both internal and external.
  • Communication of Information Management governance and tools to project members.
  • Contribute to the updates and maintenance of the Information Management framework of procedures, processes, and document control tools.
  • Quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
  • SharePoint and client system support, including use of correct document templates, cover pages, and tools.

We are looking for a communicator with attention to detail, who is service-minded with a positive and solution-oriented work approach.

We think you will be a good match if you have:
  • A BSc in Library and Information Science or similar degree.
  • 1:2 years of experience in Records: and Information Management.
  • Preferably knowledge about ISO and other relevant International Standards.
  • Preferably hands-on experience with SharePoint.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
