Altrad is an international leader in the provision of critical industrial services principally to the energy and natural resources sectors. Our multi-disciplinary service offering includes access, insulation, coatings and mechanical, and specialist services such as oil and gas storage tanks, heat exchanger replacement and refurbishment, and environmental services.
A Commercial Administrator is required for our busy regional office in Norwich. This is a permanent position working full time. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager and support the regional team with administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Compiling commercial reports
- Processing timesheets
- Supporting the payroll process
- Producing quotations
- Producing invoices
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
- Good communication skills / telephone manner
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
- Flexible attitude towards work
- Knowledge of IT programs and software
- Interpersonal skills
