We are looking for a Receptionist to join the Central Norfolk Locality in the Adult Inpatient Service at Waveney Ward, Hellesdon Hospital. The role supports fast‑paced inpatient services and requires confidence, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
Duties- Call handling, face‑to‑face liaison with service users, carers and colleagues, data entry, typing, scanning, uploading to clinical systems.
- Support in an administrative capacity to distressing or upsetting situations, ensuring the best care for our service users, carers and families.
- Remain calm under pressure within a reception environment.
- Resilience and teamwork; excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous experience with Trust IT system (Lorenzo) and Microsoft packages is desirable.
