Business Support Administrator

36.25 hours per week, across 5 days, including occasional weekend working

Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is a successful and growing e-commerce and retail business with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and quality products. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Business Support Administrator to join their team. The Role As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Provide order updates and resolve fulfilment issues promptly. Process online orders and purchase invoices using internal systems. Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times, and product information. Manage customer returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently. Support the wider business with administrative tasks as required. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Skills & Experience Essential Previous administrative experience. Strong customer service background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good numerical ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Confidence using IT systems and learning new software.

Desirable Experience within an e-commerce environment. Knowledge of online order processing systems or Shopify. About You The successful candidate will be:
