University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS) seeks an Upgrade Pathway Coordinator to manage the CI and BCHI upgrade process, liaising with clinical leaders and NHS Supply Chain to ensure timely equipment orders and smooth patient pathways.
You will coordinate five-year upgrade cycles, support a high-volume caseload, and maintain careful records while working within a busy, patient-facing environment with flexible working arrangements.
