Are you an organised travel professional who takes real pride in getting the details right? This could be the perfect opportunity to join a well-established and specialist tour operator, creating exceptional bespoke worldwide trips for a discerning client base.

As Travel Administrator, you'll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience before, during and after their travels. From coordinating flights, transfers and accommodation to preparing travel documentation and liaising with suppliers, your attention to detail will be key. This is not a sales role. It's all about precision, organisation and delivering consistently high levels of customer service.

THE JOB:
Providing consistently high levels of customer service Preparing and issuing accurate travel documentation Coordinating flights, transfers, accommodation and other holiday arrangements Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and social media Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Monitoring and processing payments Liaising with suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve queries Supporting internal teams to ensure every booking is delivered smoothly Managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

Previous experience within travel or a similar administrative environment would be advantageous, although travel industry knowledge is not essential. You'll need excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, good judgement and the confidence to work with systems, processes and Microsoft Office. Most importantly, you'll take pride in doing a job well and be someone colleagues and customers can rely on.

THE PACKAGE:
