We are looking for a professional, organised, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Norwich office on a maternity cover contract (up to 12-months). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to become part of a friendly, collaborative team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing practice.

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the Norwich team, you will provide a wide range of administrative and personal assistant support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. The role is varied and rewarding, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while supporting project teams, directors, and colleagues across different offices.

Key responsibilities will include managing general office administration, maintaining accurate project and contact records, preparing and formatting documents and reports, organising meetings and events, coordinating office facilities, and providing support with business management and quality assurance processes. You will also act as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a professional and positive office environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar administrative role and possess excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and working both independently and as part of a wider team. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, are essential, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be advantageous.
