, we’re looking for two Receptionists/Administrators to join our welcoming, forward-thinking team at the heart of our patient services.

This is a busy and varied role
, where you’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for patients (phone & reception desk)
• Provide a professional, efficient and empathetic service
• Support a wide range of administrative tasks
• Work across both front desk and back-office functions
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards

• Friendly, approachable, patient-focused
• Organised and able to work in a busy environment
• Confident with IT systems
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Willing to learn and develop

Previous experience helpful but not essential – full training provided

• 27 hours
• Salary dependent on experience but generally in the region of Band 2 Agenda for Change (£14.46/hour)
• Opportunity for additional hours/overtime

• Pharmacotherapy Team

• Physiotherapists & CTAC support
• Dedicated Admin & Management Team
