MOT Tester - Southend On Sea Franchised Motor Dealership

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable automotive business for an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional team that values quality workmanship, customer service, and employee development.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm (1 in 4 rota)

• Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations.
• Accurately identify and report vehicle defects.
• Complete all MOT documentation to the required standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company's high standards.

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• A valid DVSA MOT Tester licence.
• Previous experience working as an MOT Tester.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped on target earnings of £45,000
