Salary: £25,500 per annum
Location: Sale Road - NR7
* Due to the nature of the role adriver licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage ispaid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.
As the Commercial Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused training services. You will be responsible for managing the commercial customer pipeline administration, supporting marketing activity, coordinating training delivery logistics, and providing timely, professional communication to clients and prospective customers.
You will work closely with colleagues in both the Commercial Training Team and the Learning and Development team, helping to maintain alignment across the organisation’s training functions particularly around course allocation, consultant scheduling and shared systems or processes.
We are looking for someone who has:- Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating training, events, programmes or similar operational activities
- Experience working in a customer‑facing or commercial environment, responding to enquiries and maintaining positive, professional relationships
- Experience managing multiple diaries, scheduling appointments or coordinating staff training availability
- Experience using CRM systems or similar client‑management databases
- Experience providing administrative support in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders, suppliers, clients or partners
- Experience working within a charity, social enterprise or values‑driven environment (desirable)
