This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced event or media sales leader who knows how to structure, negotiate and close seven-figure sponsorship partnerships.
Biz Clik is scaling fast, globally. Our events portfolio is growing, our audiences are senior, and our commercial ambition is unapologetically high.
We are looking for sales professionals who can confidently manage £1m+ deals, build enterprise-level partnerships and operate at the boardroom level with global brands.

Why This Role ExistsThe Global Media Director sits at the centre of Biz Clik’s commercial growth.
You will:
Own and scale global sponsorship revenue
Lead high-value commercial conversations with enterprise brands
Design multi-event, multi-market partnership packages
Shape how global organisations engage with our media and events ecosystem
This role gives you real influence over strategy, revenue and brand partnerships, not just targets.
What You’ll Be DoingClosing Big Deals
Lead senior-level commercial conversations with C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
Structure and close six- and seven-figure sponsorship partnerships
Build long-term, strategic relationships rather than transactional sales
Represent Biz Clik commercially at major global events
Building Scalable Partnerships
Create high-value sponsorship and media packages across multiple events and regions
Align sponsorship with audience data, content, brand and insight
Develop new verticals, pricing models and commercial products
Commercial Leadership
Drive a high-performance, accountable sales culture
Coach and support commercial teams on complex deal strategy
Forecast confidently and manage a substantial global pipeline
Delivering World-Class Sponsor ships
Work closely with Events, Editorial, Marketing and Design teams
Ensure sponsors receive outstanding delivery and measurable value
Leverage AI tools to improve speed, insight and deal quality
You are:
A proven event or media sales professional used to large, complex deals
Comfortable owning £1m+ sponsorship conversations
Strategic, commercially intelligent and confident at senior level
Energised by pace, growth and ambition
Data-driven, structured and disciplined with pipelines
Collaborative, credible and highly professional
Curious about how AI can improve commercial performance
You don’t need an ego. You do need confidence, clarity and results.
Skills and ExperienceEssential
Strong track record in event sponsorship, media sales or enterprise partnerships
Experience closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Deep understanding of B2B events, media and audience-led propositions
Commercial leadership experience or senior individual contributor background
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills
Strong forecasting and CRM discipline
Desirable
Experience across sustainability, technology, supply chain, fintech or infrastructure
Global or multi-market sponsorship experience
Familiarity with data, audience insight and AI-enabled sales tools
