This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Norwich but with National coverage. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. Responsibilities also include analysing market trends, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Regular client meetings and presenting tailored solutions will also be key tasks.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic approaches
- Proficient communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
- Experience with tools or hardware sectors.
- Former experience in the Builders Merchant sector is preferable but not a necessity.
