Are you an accomplished professional with a passion for fostering relationships and driving business success? Saffron Building Society is seeking a dedicated National Account Manager. This role is supporting the delivery of our lending objectives by strengthening our presence within the intermediary mortgage market.. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Lending Objectives: Strategically manage and achieve agreed lending targets while ensuring alignment with our Society’s goals.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Key Stakeholders and national stakeholders, acting as a crucial liaison between brokers and the Society.
  • Market Insights: Provide regular analysis of market trends, consumer behaviors, and broker feedback to inform product performance and inspire innovative developments.
  • Broker Advocacy: Represent the voice of the broker within the Society, ensuring their needs and recommendations are at the forefront of our strategies.
  • Promotional Engagement: Attend key industry events to promote the Saffron for Intermediaries proposition, actively supporting our business development team.
  • Collaborative Working: Engage collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners to achieve successful outcomes for our members and brokers.
  • Effective Communication: Work alongside our Marketing team to craft and implement impactful communication strategies for intermediary partners.
  • Governance Maintenance: Ensure all key intermediary partners understand and adhere to required risk and governance standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong network within the mortgage and finance industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and advocate for broker needs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to provide meaningful insights and management information.
