Business Analyst

Salary: £65,000 - £65,000 per year

• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering tangible improvement initiatives in cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using data
• Experience with business process mapping and business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and BPMN
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships
• A structured approach to documentation, including detailed process diagrams, impact assessments, and user stories
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and an understanding of how business analysis supports different delivery approaches
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Ability to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment

• Lead requirements gathering by engaging stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional and non‑functional requirements
• Develop process maps and workflows to improve end‑to‑end process clarity and identify inefficiencies
• Conduct impact assessments to analyse how proposed changes will affect systems, processes, and teams
• Use analytics to support decision‑making and identify trends that inform solutions
• Collaborate with Service Improvement Leads, Change Delivery Leads, technical teams, and operational teams to support implementation of change
• Assist in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements before deployment
• Own the investigation and documentation of change requirements and associated analysis
• Facilitate workshops and work with the business to gather requirements and map processes
